Adobe has released a new update of their Photoshop Touch app for iOS and Android and carrying the number v1.3 . And it comes with a handful of improvements. First of all, v1.3 brings with it Retina display support for the new iPad, making it a lot more usable than before.
The other big important feature available on both iOS as well as the Android version is that Photoshop Touch now supports up to 12MP images, which is great for quickly editing those high resolution images from you camera while you are outdoors and away from your computer.
Further more features include :
• Two new languages : Russian and Brazilian Portuguese.
• Two new Effects : Shred and Colorize
• Smoother animation and scrolling in the organizer, tutorial browser, and file picker
• New gesture to toggle 100% view and fit screen (three-finger tap)
• New pixel nudging mode for precise movements
• Support for Apple Photo Stream (on iOS)
• Various bug fixes

Apple has recently announced to its registered iOS and Mac developers they’ve included 32 more countries in its promised AppStore expansion.
So here’s the list of the new comers.

The new locations are already active in the iTunes, so congrats to everyone living over there.
The App Store’s reach 155 total territories, with the addition of 32 new territories.
After a couple of months of beta testing, the final build of the app is now available on the Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore and the Barnes & Noble Nook store. On the Galaxy S III in the US, the app will come pre-installed from all the carriers.
Compared to its initial release, Flipboard has added couple of major features to the app, including support for Google+ and YouTube. With Google+ integration, you will be able to see all your friend’s posts in Flipboard’s unique format and also be able to +1, share or comment on them. Signing into YouTube puts all your subscribed videos in your Flipboard feed and you can click on them to watch them in the YouTube app on your phone.
